TERMS AND
CONDITIONS:
- Cash or Credit Card Only No
Checks
- Must have valid photo drivers
license.
- Must have valid insurance card.
- All Rentals Must Be Returned
Clean Or There Be A Minimum Cleaning Fee Of $25 Assessed At Time Of
Return.
- 407ETR Travelers, If you get a
ticket on the 407ETR WE WILL CHARGE YOU $40 PLUS THE TICKIET
AMOUNT!.
- Parking Tickets: If you get a
parking violation, WE WILL CHARGE YOU THE COST OF THE VIOLATION AND
PLUS $40.
- EZ PASS Customers: Your EZ Pass
will NOT work with our vehicles, If you get a ticket,
WE WILL CHARGE YOU $40 PLUS THE TICKET AMOUNT!.
- Gasoline: Keep All Vehicles 1/2
full of Gasoline at All Times, IF YOU RUN OUT WE WILL CHARGE THE THE COST
OF THE TOW, PLUS A GASOLINE CHARGE OF $7.00 PER GALLON
- If involved in an accident you
must notify Stacey's RV Rental within 24 hours. A full written police accident
report must be submitted upon your return. If you fail to comply to
this, WE WILL HOLD YOU FULLY ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL TICKEST AND CHARGES
PLUS A $40 CHARGE
- No Rentals Are Ever Allowed To
Or Near New York City NO EXCEPTION!.
- A waste evacuation fee of $
100.00 will be charged if the holding tanks are not empty and valves left open
upon return.
- Motor homes: Security
Deposit is $500.00 Must Be Paid With An Major
Credit Card (VISA, MASTER CARD AND
DISCOVER) $100.00 Deposit Holds Reservation, May Vary With
Length Of Trip,3 Day Minimum No Free Miles On 3 Day Min.
- Travel Trailers:
$100 Holds
Reservation. Security Deposit is $500, Must Be Paid With An Major
Credit Card (VISA, MASTER CARD AND
DISCOVER) 3 Day Minimum Holidays:4 Day
Minimum.
- We reserve the right to Deny any
applicant.

- Any additional terms will be
disclosed at the time of the rental agreement is signed.
